Use:
The test uses enzyme immunoassay method to detect presence of IgG and IgM antibodies to bacteria Brucella abortus. The infection called Brucellosis is acquired from infected animals through direct contact or contaminated animal products.
The three most common methods of transmission to humans is by eating or drinking something that is infected with the bacteria, inhalation of the bacteria, or having the bacteria enter through skin wounds. This test uses enzyme immunoassay (EIA) to detect the antibodies in human sera.
