This test is used to help monitor and diagnose sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis is a systemic disorder that causes granulomas most commonly, but can also affect the skin, heart, nerves and more. Granulomas can be found in leprosy and tuberculosis. This detects if ACE levels are elavated.
