Personalabs Notice of Return and Refund Policy

Lab orders are valid for six (6) months from the original purchase date and must be generated within this period. Orders not generated or completed within six (6) months are considered expired and may be removed from active processing.

At Personalabs’ sole discretion, expired lab orders may be eligible for reinstatement or reactivation. Reactivation is not guaranteed and may be subject to an administrative reactivation fee to cover processing costs.

Customers acknowledge and agree that laboratory pricing, vendor fees, physician network costs, test availability, and administrative costs may change over time. As a result, expired, delayed, reinstated, or reactivated orders may be subject to updated pricing, additional fees, substitute testing options, or partial payment requirements if laboratory or vendor costs have materially changed since the original purchase date.

Any reactivation fee is administrative in nature and does not preserve original pricing, indefinitely extend order validity, or guarantee historical laboratory pricing from the original purchase date.

No refunds, credits, renewals, or reactivations will be issued after one (1) year from the original purchase date unless otherwise approved by Personalabs in its sole discretion.
