You may wish to discuss specific issues with the doctor, so have all the details at hand. And if you have test results you’d like the doctor to review, please have them available.
To avoid any delays or keep your telehealth doctor waiting, we advise that you sign in to your online session a few minutes before the scheduled start time. This will also give you time to adjust the camera and lighting and check that your microphone is working.
