This test is used to detect IgA and IgG antibodies to deamidated gliadin-derived peptides (DGP) and human tissue transglutaminase (h-tTG) in human serum. The presence of these antibodies can be used together with other lab tests to help diagnose IgA-sufficient and IgA-deficient celiac disease.
