What is Personalabs Loyalty Point Program?
You can earn reward points every time you place an order, register an account, and extra points during certain dates. Each dollar equals 1 point. The more you order the more points you win!
How can I win loyalty points?
  • Signing up
  • Purchasing tests
How will I use my loyalty points?
  • Login to your Personalabs secure patient portal
  • Click “My Loyalty Points”
  • Click on redeem loyalty points
  • Once the loyalty points are redeemed, you will receive a coupon code to use as store credit
Will my loyalty points expire?

Your points will expire after 365 days.

How will I see my Personalabs loyalty reward points?
  • Login to your Personalabs secure patient portal
  • Click “My Loyalty Points”
  • View “Loyalty points balance”
